In this joyous Advent season of hope and anticipation, Wartburg Theological Seminary invites you to mark the days Advent with us as we await anew the coming of Jesus Christ into the world.

Each day you will receive a Bible verse and short prayer or reflection, based on the theme of the week. This reflection will offer you a moment of respite in your busy holiday schedule to breathe, rest, and open your heart to the loving presence of God that surrounds you.

It is our hope that these reflections will heighten your anticipation of the coming of Emmanuel, God-with-us, and enrich your experience of this joyous liturgical season.
